I am sending you this from Bob Barber about a Bike show we discussed at the AGM in November.

Bob is keen on putting together a memorable show to celebrate both 30 years of Virago and 15 years of Star bikes.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you think you can attend and if you are happy for your bike to go on display.

The VSOC never sleeps and above you'll see a link to next year's classic bike show.

I spoke to the shows organiser yesterday and the plan that I submitted to them has been most welcomed. I've attached it to this along with the explanatory notes to go with it.

There's a few further points that I'd like you all to make your members aware of.

TWO FREE WEEKEND PASSES for each exhibiting bike.

There is a caravan club site in the centre of the course with hard standings and hook ups, so if anyone wants to bring a caravan or camper thats fine.

There will be a designated VSOC area for tents.

Bar,band and food is available on site but should anyone wish to self cater from the local sainsburys this is also fine.

All in all this is a very cheap weekend

Utoxetter is just north of Birmingham off the M6 and central to the country.

Could you please bring this up at your next monthly meets, circulate the plan and guage the response. I'm viewing this as a one off to celebrate the 30th & 15th anniversaries of the bikes by displaying 30 years of Yamaha's cruiser history, obviously the VJMC are very keen for us to do this as it will be the biggest club display of the show and.....its Japanese!

All I need to know at the moment is whether or not there are 5 or 6 bikes from each centre that would be interested in doing this (that will give me 100).
